The National Cathedral in Washington DC is full of incredible architecture with gardens surrounding it. It’s free to enter the National Cathedral and you’ll be greeted with stunning ceilings inside. Construction of the Cathedral started in 1907 and took nearly 80 years for the “final finial” to be placed in 1990.
